We’re excited to introduce “eZ-5 V2”, a new optional function for 5-axis geometric error measurement and compensation, to be officially released on September 1, 2025!
The original eZ-5 function automatically measures the position of a reference sphere mounted on the table or pallet, calculates the geometric errors of the 5-axis machine based on the results, and performs compensation to improve machining accuracy.
While eZ-5 has long been offered as an optional function, this upgraded version—eZ-5 V2—was developed with a focus on delivering even greater machining precision.
